Spank is a small mountain bike parts manufacturer and the Oozy Trail 345 is one of several models of complete wheelsets in their lineup. This alloy wheelset is built for trail, all-mountain, and enduro riding and has a modern 30mm internal rim width to pair well with current tire trends. There was nothing especially noteworthy about their performance, but tester’s found them to work reasonably well in most situations. They were very middle of the road in many ways, with a comfortable ride quality but sub-par 12-degree freehub engagement. They have nicely machined hubs laced with 32 straight-pull spokes for added durability. The rims have a somewhat unique shape that makes tire mounting a snap, with a secure bead hook design.
