The Bell Air Attack 650 is an extremely high-volume floor pump and moves the most air per pump stroke of any pump we tested — by far. By that metric, it’s the best pump we tested for high volume. However, it has several faults that preclude us from recommending it, including flimsy plastic components and an inaccurate gauge. It is inexpensive, however, and moves a significant amount of air into a tire very quickly (at low pressures). For anyone who is interested in pumping above 40psi or so we would recommend considering other options.
