The Teva Azure 2-Strap is a cute flip-flop that, unfortunately, suffers from some simple design flaws. The thick, cushioned footbed is quite heavy, especially when compared to the daintiness of the straps. The double straps are thin and soft, making it all but impossible to slip into the shoe without reaching down to untwist and adjust them. They also get twisted while walking or when wet, making this sandal more high-maintenance than we feel a flip-flop should be. While there were other aspects of this model that we liked, it just didn’t measure up to our other contenders tested from our fleet.
