The Adidas Powerlift 3 earned the Best Value award among Men’s CrossFit Shoes. The Powerlift 3 is a good weightlifting shoe with additional comfort and features that make it a more versatile shoe for CrossFit training and competition. While not as balanced as the Best-In-Class Nike Metcon 3, the Powerlift 3 proved to be our testers’ favorite shoe for heavy barbell work. It also surprised our testers with a better-than-expected ability to help on some bodyweight movements.
