The Smith Squad is an excellent reasonably priced ski and snowboard goggle. There’s nothing especially fancy about them, but they get the job done with a clean and classic style. The frame design is relatively basic, but it fits comfortably and pairs well with helmets. They have excellent optics through their cylindrical lenses, plus they come standard with 2 lens options for sunny and stormy days. Testers found the frame, strap, and lenses to be all quite durable, standing up to months of abuse at the resort and while backcountry skiing. No matter how you choose to slide on snow or where you choose to do it, the Squad is an excellent and affordable option.
