This creates a large air gap within the cells. Wear it directly on the body under a regular T-shirt or shirt. The sweat pad provides quick moisture wicking during vigorous activity.Material: no tags, but feels like 100% cotton. From other photos online it also looks like they take dye well.Quite stretchy so will fit from S to 2XL (2XL will be snug)
