The new K2 Pinnacle 95 takes the place of the Annex 98 in K2’s freeride/all-mountain category. We tested and reviewed the Annex 98 in 2015 and largely felt like it was a good ski, but it didn’t stand out against the competition. The Pinnacle 95 is easier to ski than the Annex, probably thanks to its softer, more consistent flex and the little bit of tail rocker.
