The Koolatron continues to demonstrate the best temperature control of the thermoelectric models in our lineup, once again earning it our Top Pick for Cooling and Heating. It reached one of the coldest and warmest temperatures, has good insulation, is easy to use, and is among the lightest coolers we tested. This performance comes at a high energy cost though and doesn’t include an AC cord, limiting the Koolatron’s capacity to the car without an additional purchase.
