The Marmot Sawtooth is a warm three-season sleeping bag. Although not lightweight, it is one of the most affordable sleeping bags we tested. The bag is comfortable and has features like a good fitting hood and anatomical foot-box. Higher-end sleeping bags in our review of backpacking sleeping bags, such as the Editors’s Choice winning Western Mountaineering Ultralite, are made of higher quality fabrics and are insulated with higher fill power down (800+) than the Sawtooth. We recommend the Sawtooth to budget-conscious backpackers who are looking for a warm sleeping bag.
