Laws impacting the sale of knives
and controlled items in Queensland
Regulations enforceable 1 September 2024
There are new laws coming into effect in Queensland from 1st September 2024which
mean that knives and other items will be considered controlled items, and nolonger available online to Queensland residents.
In due course we aim to implement an age verification process along withdelivery
drivers or transport services to conduct ID checks during home delivery. Salesof knives will not be finalised until ID has been provided and verified.
Any knife order placed online for Queensland residents will be cancelled andrefunded.
