When you hit the deep stuff the internal boot gaiters help to keep snow outside where it belongs, especially when combined with the YKK water-resistant zippers used throughout. A hook-and-loop tab waist adjustment lets you dial in the perfect fit and, along with the Zip-seal system, means you can create a great seal against the biting cold and wind. When you hit the skintrack and things start to heat up, just open the outer thigh vents and let the cooling air regulate your temperatures.
