The Osprey Ozone 80L/28 roller bag may have shown up to the wrong party. At face value, we could see the Ozone being a great bag with plenty of space for road-tripping travel. Lightweight, easy to transport, but the overall features and structure make us question if it has the chops for air travel. The lightweight aluminum tube frame and thin-skinned shell make it likely to suffer damage at the hands of baggage handlers.
