The main reason to choose the Hiker is the built-in leeward on the burner. This can mean the difference between hot and cold food, especially in the mountains, where it is often windy.
Other advantages of the Hiker cooker are its low weight, good packability and, last but not least, the supplied plastic packaging, which protects it against damage during transport.
The arms of the cooker and the burner are made of stainless steel. The base, which also includes the valve and thread for the EN417 cartridge, is made of anodized aluminum.
