Handling of second cassettes with SOG ® -connection
The cassette can easily be put away when it is completely full – even for fiveto six days.
The prerequisite is that the cassette is full.
Since there is only a very small volume of air in a filled cassette, the gasescan only expand minimally and thus only a very low pressure is created in thecassette, which is negligible. This process stops the fermentation process atthe same time. Due to this fact, it is no longer necessary to vent thecassette.
This can be carried in the storage space even at very high temperatures.
The cassette is leak-proof and odor-tight at the factory. Of course, it mustbe transported in a way that prevents it from tipping over and is properlylocked.
