This original vintage 100% wool pants were used by the East & West German military from the late 1950’s until the 1970’s. They are very heavy-duty and hard-wearing. The colour is a very interesting OD green/brown/grey blend.

There are loops/straps sewn horizontally in the waistband that allow the jacket to be attached with the pants. This feature makes it a load bearing suit.
