The Rocket is a narrow, firm saddle that favors the smaller rider. Most of our testers found it to be too narrow but liked the firm padding and excellent power transfer. The shape is similar to our Best Buy Award winner, the WTB Speed, but has a much more noticeable rise at the tail, giving it a distinct sweet spot. Due to the short length, it is not a good choice for the rider who likes to move around a lot. It is well suited to mountain, road riding, and cyclocross. A bit heavy for the gram counting racer, it is still a good buy for $40 MSRP.
